Returns must be made within 30 days.
A valid receipt is required.
Items must be in original condition, with box and all packing.
Store Credit may be offered in lieu of original payment method.
ALL items are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
All CLEARANCE items are sold AS IS and are NOT returnable.
All USED items are sold AS IS and are NOT returnable.

 

Freshwater Fish Guarantee

Freshwater fish are guaranteed for 7 days from date of purchase. Only store credit/fish replacement will be offered. NO REFUNDS.

YOU MUST PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING: (all 3 items  ***no exceptions***)
-The body of the dead fish
-Your original receipt
-A separate sample of aquarium water (approx. 1/2 cup)

Dip strip tests are free or you may choose a computer analyzed photometer test for a fee
We will only test your aquarium water to ensure correct care level & water quality
If water does not meet standards, the guarantee is VOID
pH(species specific) NH3(0) NH2(0) NO3(less than 40ppm)
This is a 1 time guarantee only - replacement fish are NOT guaranteed
Fish that jump from the aquarium are NOT guaranteed
Fish compatibility is NOT guaranteed (killed by other tank mates, etc.)
Fish purchased at greater than a 20% discount are NOT guaranteed
Fish purchased with coupons (BOGO, etc.) are NOT guaranteed
The items below are NOT guaranteed:
Freshwater Shrimp, Freshwater Snails, Live Plants, Discus, and other marked items

Saltwater Fish Guarantee

Saltwater fish are guaranteed for 3 days from date of purchase. Only store credit/fish replacement will be offered. NO REFUNDS.

YOU MUST PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING: (all 3 items  ***no exceptions***)
-The body of the dead fish
